Templates

The Start with field controls how a secure form is created.

• Create from scratch starts a blank new form.
• Create from template starts from one of your existing saved templates.

When you choose Create from template, you must select a template before you can create the form.

Templates can prefill key form settings, including access control options, the welcome page text, and form design elements such as the fields and layout.

If no templates are available and you have template management permissions, use Create first template to add one.
